Kuntal Shah is a founding partner of Oaklane Capital Management LLP and has been a value investor over the past two decades with 26+ years of experience in capital markets and investment management. He has an opportunistic inclination towards value-oriented and risk-controlled investment approaches. He is passionate about teaching and delivers lectures on key capital market topics such as derivatives, forensic accounting, taxation and value investing at IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Mumbai, FLAME University and CA Institute. He is an electronics engineer from Pune University. Kuntal is also a founding partner of Axis Finvest Advisory LLP (investment manager to the now-surrendered Axis Venture Capital Trust). He is a Designated Partner of Oaklane Capital Management LLP and was associated with SageOne Investment Advisors LLP as Partner from October 2013 to June 2018.

Harshad Katkar has over 25 years of experience in Indian equity markets. He holds an MMS (Finance) from Mumbai University. Before joining Oaklane Capital, he worked as Head of Research and Oil & Gas/Metals analyst at Deutsche Equities India, and as an Oil & Gas analyst at UBS Securities India, HDFC Securities and other institutions.

Jinesh Gandhi brings over 20 years of equity research experience covering sectors including Autos, Cement and Pharma, at Motilal Oswal and Ambit Capital. He is a CFA charterholder and holds an MBA in Finance from NMIMS. He has received multiple national and international awards for research excellence.

Ashish Sharma has 17+ years of experience in Indian equity markets, specializing in the Banking & Financial Services sector. He holds an MBA (Finance) from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, and a B.Com. (Hons.). Before joining Oaklane, he worked as a BFSI analyst at Enam Asset Management and Darashaw.

Sourabh Arya has 15 years of experience in Emerging Markets investing. He holds a Master's in Finance from Nirma Institute of Management and is both a CFA Charter holder and Certified FRM holder. Before joining Oaklane Capital, he worked at Goldfish Capital, GMO & Co., and Bajaj Allianz, managing Asian equities funds.

Vishal Mehta brings 15 years of expertise in Indian equity markets, specializing in small and mid-cap investments. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from FLAME University and a bachelor's in management from Jai Hind College. Previously he contributed to value-focused family offices including Corporate Database and Wealth Guardian.

Chintan Modi has over 15 years of experience in equity research across diverse sectors. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Com degree from Narsee Monjee College. Prior to joining Oaklane, he worked with leading institutions including Haitong Securities, Motilal Oswal and Reliance Securities. He has been consistently top-rated in the Asiamoney Analyst Rankings.

Utsav Adani is a CFA Charter holder and MBA Gold Medallist (Overall and in Finance) from FLAME University. He led his team to win the CFA Research Challenge 2019 (West Zone). He holds a BBA (Economics & Finance) from Ahmedabad University and interned at the Reserve Bank of India.

Shreya Banthia is a CFA Charter holder and Chartered Accountant. She transitioned from accountancy to equities after discovering her passion for global markets. Before joining Oaklane, she worked at Multi-Act Trade & Investments. Since 2022, she has actively volunteered for the CFA Society.

Sakshar Nagar has 2.5 years of experience in Indian equity markets tracking the Auto, Cement and Metal sectors. He holds an MBA (Finance) and B.Com. Before joining Oaklane Capital, he worked at Ace Lansdowne and Equirus Securities.

Rushabh is a quantitative economist with degrees from Harvard Kennedy School and Tufts University. Over the last six years, his professional experience spans research, consulting and startup operations, with a focus on energy transition value chains.

Anoushka Sanghvi is a BBA graduate in finance from NMIMS University, Mumbai, and has cleared CFA Level 1. With nearly a year of experience as an Investment Associate at Oaklane, she is keen to leverage her academic background and pursue a career in equity markets.

Shantanu Sudame is a computer science engineer from MIT-WPU, Pune, and a CFA program participant. He previously interned at AlgoAnalytics as a quantitative trading intern and is keen to begin his career in capital markets.

Akshit Gupta is an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer from VIT, Pune, and a CFA Level 2 Candidate. Before joining Oaklane, he interned at Purnartha Investment Advisers in Equity Research.

Ronit Agrawal is a Chartered Accountant (All India Rank 44) and CFA Level II qualified professional with a bachelor's degree in commerce. He has prior experience in audit and taxation and brings a strong analytical orientation with a keen interest in capital markets and equity research.

Vikram Srinivasan is a seasoned, outcome-driven entrepreneur and technology leader with experience developing high-performance teams across startups and large organisations and building complex, innovative products. Prior to the firm he worked with Target Inc., USA and was associated with Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs India. Vikram holds a PhD from the University of California, San Diego.

Swapnil Walimbe is a seasoned Compliance and business operations professional with over 14 years of experience across India and North America. Fluent in French, he previously worked with PPFAS Mutual Fund and Excel Funds (Canada). Swapnil is an ICSI associate member and holds a Project Management certification from Stanford University.

Shalaka Juvekar holds a bachelor's degree in law and commerce and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has over 4 years of experience in secretarial, legal and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with Mehta & Mehta, Mumbai.

Vrushali Girawale is a Chartered Accountant with 4 years of diverse experience in Internal Audit, Taxation, Compliance and Accounting. Prior to joining Oaklane, she was associated with B K Khare. She is an associate member of ICAI.

Mahika Sharma holds a Master's in Law from Symbiosis International University, Pune, specializing in securities and corporate law. With experience at SEBI and top law firms, she has strong expertise in regulatory compliance, capital markets and corporate governance, along with a deep understanding of India's legal and financial regulatory landscape.

Chetan Bhoite brings 15+ years of experience across asset management. At S Panse & Co. LLP, he led audits and consulting for Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs and Insurance firms. A forward-thinker in regulation and governance, he focuses on strengthening risk frameworks, internal controls and operational excellence at Oaklane.
