He previously served as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) – Real Estate at New Vernon Capital. His investing career since 2005 has delivered portfolio IRR in the Top 10 Percentile of all Real Estate Fund Managers in India. He has cumulative transaction experience of over 20 million sq. ft. of real estate with Gross Asset Value of USD 1.43 billion. He also previously held positions at CRISIL, UBS Warburg, and HDFC Mutual Fund (as Ex-CIO).
