Inliv Real Estate Trust (IN/AIF2/22-23/1235) is a SEBI-registered Category II AIF, registered March 2023, managed by NEOLIV Investment Managers Private Limited — the fund management arm of NEOLIV, a unique integrated residential real estate platform combining fund management and in-house development. NEOLIV was founded in January 2023 by Mohit Malhotra (ex-MD & CEO of Godrej Properties), top industry experts, and 360 ONE (India's leading wealth and alternatives-focused asset management firm with USD 50 billion AUM). The fund's first scheme, Inliv Real Estate Fund, had its initial close in early 2024 at over INR 300 crore, raised from family offices and UHNWIs across India; target corpus INR 1,000–1,500 crore. Funds are deployed in high-quality, middle-income residential properties across Mumbai MMR, Delhi NCR, and plotted opportunities in Tier 2 cities. Key management team members from DLF, Godrej, Lodha, Wadhwa, EMAAR, Raymond, Mahindra, and Rustomjee are equity partners. 360 ONE is the sole manager and advisor for the fundraise.
