As MD & CEO of SBM Bank India, he pioneered the Bank as a Service (BaaS) digital banking model and grew SBM Bank's balance sheet 7-8 times to ₹100 billion in 5 years. At Axis Bank, he was Group Executive and Management Committee Member, heading Corporate & Institutional Banking, Treasury and Global Markets, and President of Corporate Banking — managing a ₹3 trillion portfolio. He also built multiple businesses at Axis including a traded receivable discounting platform, PE infrastructure fund, mutual fund, and custodial services. Earlier career at IFCI. Holds an MBA and B.Com Hons.
