Revenue Based Growth Capital for New Age Entrepreneurs of India
Np1 Capital Trust is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund managed by N+1 Capital, India's pioneering Revenue Based Growth Capital (RBGC) fund. Registered in January 2021 and operating from a corporate office in Gurugram (Unit 525, 5th Floor, Emaar Digital Greens Tower A, Sector 61) with a registered office at C-207, Crystal Plaza, New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai 400053, N+1 Capital was founded as a USD 100 million fund by co-founders Rahul Chowdhury and Ashish Singla. The fund provides revenue-based growth capital to new-age Indian entrepreneurs — an alternative financing instrument linked directly to company revenues rather than equity dilution or hard-asset collateral. N+1 Capital invests in sector-agnostic companies with annual revenues of INR 12 crore or above, meaningful gross margins, and low existing debt. Investments typically range from INR 1 crore to INR 15 crore and are sized at up to 4x monthly revenue, with repayment structured as a 2–9% monthly revenue share over 1–3 year tenors. The fund has backed companies including Clensta, Shyplite, RED.Health, and JetSynthesys. N+1 Capital is backed by venture partner LetsVenture and has received coverage from Inc42, VCCircle, CNBC TV18, and Economic Times.
N+1 Capital believes entrepreneurs deserve a solid chance to build the business of their dreams, sustainably and profitably and at their own pace. The fund is built on five values: Innovation (pioneering RBGC in India), Data-Driven (tech-backed risk scoring), Agility (6-week end-to-end process), Empathy (entrepreneur-friendly terms), and Persistence (accommodating short-term failures on the path to long-term success). The fund only finances revenue-generating activities and does not require equity sale, valuation processes, or hard-asset collateral.
