Sridhar Sankararaman is a Managing Director at Multiples and a member of the firm's Investment Committee. He joined Multiples close to its inception in 2009, returning to investing in India after working with Sun Group in Private Equity in London. He focuses on Consumer and Consumer-Tech investing at Multiples, with a particular strength in connecting with promoters and influencing strategic decisions — including professionalisation of management, talent strategy, and growth strategy.

Manish Gaur is a Managing Director at Multiples and a member of the firm's Investment Committee, with approximately 20 years of experience as an investment professional. He has focused on identifying and nurturing investments across both listed and unlisted universes, partnering with high-quality entrepreneurs to create stakeholder value over the lifecycle of investments.

Rahul Chawla joined Multiples in October 2024 to lead the firm's new credit initiative. Prior to Multiples, he was heading Financing for Financial Sponsors in the APAC region at Deutsche Bank.

Gurudutta Mishra joined Multiples in September 2025 to contribute to the build-out of the firm's credit strategy.

KS Jangbahadur joined Multiples as Managing Director (US) from October 2023. Based in Palo Alto, his role includes originating and evaluating new investment opportunities, bringing a global perspective to emerging investment areas, leveraging his US network, and scouting for inorganic opportunities for portfolio companies. He collaborates closely with investment teams and portfolio companies, with key sector interests in technology and cleantech.

Kaveesh Thakker joined Multiples in September 2020, bringing 10 years of experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity, having successfully managed transactions totalling over $1 billion. He has diverse experience across Debt Capital Markets, M&A, and Equity Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank, CLSA, Everstone, and EY. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and a PGDM from IIM Bangalore.

Puneet Sanwalka joined Multiples in July 2022 as Managing Director & Head of Client Relations and Capital Raising. Prior to Multiples, he spent over 20 years with Citi India, holding various leadership roles across Structured Lending, Strategy, Wealth Management, and Consumer Banking businesses.

Kalpesh Jain is the Managing Director and COO of Multiples. His purview spans Operational, Financial, and Risk Management facets, covering fundraising, pre- and post-investment processes, legal, compliance, ESG integration, fund administration, technology, and taxation. At the portfolio company level, he leads pre-investment due diligence (financial, legal, ESG) and transaction structuring. Post-investment, he oversees Portfolio Management including performance reviews, value creation plans, compliance, ESG adherence, and risk management.

Kaushal Kapadia is the Director and CFO of Multiples, having joined the firm in 2011 with over 10+ years now in the Indian private equity industry. He is responsible for fund administration and financial controls across Multiples' AIF structures.

Apurva Jayant joined Multiples in January 2022 to lead the Legal function. Prior to Multiples, she was a Partner at J. Sagar Associates (JSA). She graduated from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru (2007) and has worked as a transactional lawyer with leading law firms including JSA, L&L Partners, and AZB & Partners.

Ramgopal Seethepalli joined Multiples in 2017 after spending over five years in the Strategic Resources Group at TA Associates (a global growth PE fund), based in Mumbai. Prior to TA Associates, he spent approximately eight years with Deloitte and KPMG in their transaction services and assurance practices across offices in India, Singapore, and the UK.

Shweta Laddha joined Multiples in December 2021. She has 12+ years of experience in Compliance, Secretarial, Legal, and Investment Banking.

Vishal Bhavsar joined Multiples in 2023 after spending over five years as Head - ESG & Sustainability for UltraTech Cement Limited (an Aditya Birla Group Company). Prior to that, he worked with Tata Sustainability Group (TSG) and as Lead Sustainability at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited. He started his career at EY LLP in management consulting, working eight years on Climate Change and Sustainability advisory projects across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India.

Dheeraj Janakiraman joined Multiples in 2021 after about five years in investment banking. Prior to Multiples, he was with the M&A team of Citi, working on transactions across retail, healthcare, and industrials. Before Citi, he spent about two years at Avendus Capital, advising private equity and strategic clients in enterprise technology and services. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and a PGDM from IIM Bangalore.

Prateek Agarwal joined Multiples in December 2021 with six years of experience across private equity and investment banking. Prior to Multiples, he spent around four years with Affirma Capital, focusing on evaluating new investments and managing portfolio companies in Consumer and Financial Services. He also spent close to two years at Avendus Capital on PE and M&A transactions.

Rohit Murmuria joined Multiples in 2023 with nine years of experience across private equity, management consulting, and investment banking. He spent close to four years at TA Associates, focusing on growth and buyout investments in India (technology and financial services). Prior to TA Associates, he had four years at McKinsey & Company India and one year at Ambit Holdings. He holds a B.Com (Hons) from SRCC and an MBA from ISB Hyderabad.

Vivek Kotak joined Multiples in 2023 with 6+ years of experience at Mayfield Fund, where he partnered with entrepreneurs using technology to disrupt large markets. At Mayfield he worked across the entire investment lifecycle across B2C marketplaces, direct-to-consumer brands, e-commerce, mobility, and enterprise technology.

Hrishikesh Nair (re)joined Multiples in 2024. His experience encompasses investment roles at Bessemer Venture Partners, Goldman Sachs, and Temasek, and a two-year stint at Multiples from 2020-2022. He also had a year-long analytics role at Citibank.

Bhuvanesh Vasudevan joined Multiples in April 2023 after his MBA from IIM Bangalore. Prior to his MBA, he worked with Credit Suisse India's Investment Banking team on M&A and ECM transactions in BFSI, Consumer, and Industrials sectors.

Atul Gupta joined Multiples in August 2023. Prior to Multiples, he worked at Gaja Capital evaluating investment opportunities in Technology Services, Enterprise SaaS, and EV. Before his MBA, he worked for two years at an early-stage Healthtech startup, leading product strategy and development of enterprise SaaS products.

Anurag Rathi joined Multiples in October 2023 after completing his MBA from IIM Bangalore, where he graduated with a Gold Medal. Prior to his MBA, he worked with Citi Bank in their London office, covering financial institutions for the Treasury and Trade Solutions business.

Kushhal Kela joined Multiples in December 2023 after a two-year stint in investment banking at Metta Capital Advisors. Prior to that, he worked as a Private Equity Analyst at TresVista. He has cleared CFA Level 3.

Janvi Shetty joined Multiples in April 2024 after her MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3.5 years of experience at Shadowfax, Hindustan Unilever, and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals.

Kshitiz Upadhyaya joined Multiples in April 2024 after graduating from IIM Ahmedabad as a Merit Scholar. Prior to his MBA, he worked with SeaLink Capital Partners evaluating mid-market private companies in Healthcare and Tech Services, and spent almost three years with Boston Consulting Group on commercial due diligence projects for PE clients spanning Consumer products, Pharma, and Financial Services.

Aparna Nighot joined Multiples in July 2024. Prior to that, she worked at o3 Capital in its Healthcare Investment Banking division. Before her MBA, she spent 1.5 years at Reliance Industries in the corporate finance division, working across multiple businesses.

Tushar Daga joined Multiples in July 2024 after completing his MBA from ISB Hyderabad. He has completed all three levels of the CFA program. He brings experience as a buy-side investment associate across family offices and a hedge fund, with deep understanding of Indian public equities.

Pallav Jindal joined Multiples in 2025, bringing seven years of experience across private equity and investment banking. Before Multiples, he spent four years at Eversource Capital, focused on evaluating new investments and managing portfolio companies in the climate sector (renewable energy and e-mobility), including leading the exit process for one of the largest private renewable sector deals in India. Prior to Eversource, he was in the Investment Banking team at JP Morgan, advising offshore clients across Australia and the US. He holds an MBA from IIM Indore and a bachelor's degree in engineering from BITS Pilani.

Aparna Jain joined Multiples in 2020 in the portfolio management function and transitioned into the investor relations role in 2023. Prior to Multiples, she spent over four years in the Financial Advisory practice (Forensic & Disputes) at EY and Deloitte, focusing on transactions advisory, business risk consulting, and fact-finding reviews. She also worked with CRISIL as part of their Global Ratings Team, rating complex structured finance instruments, and spent three years with PwC Assurance during her articleship.

Shanil Verma joined Multiples in 2024 after a successful tenure as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Turtlemint (fintech). Previously, he has held HR leadership roles at Mahindra Electric Mobility, Mahindra & Mahindra, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, and Patni Computer Systems.

Ramya Ramnath is a CSR professional with nearly a decade of experience in the education sector across USA and India. She holds a degree in Psychology and Education Studies and leads Multiples' social impact and CSR initiatives, including the Multiples Good Faith Foundation.

Dr. Khajeh-Hosseiny is Chairman of Open X Innovations LLC and Trinity Sky LLP, a venture capital and private equity investor. He is a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company on Innovation, Growth, and Investments. He is also a Board Trustee of the Brookings Institution, the United States' oldest and largest public policy think tank (founded 1916, Washington DC).

Diana Noble's background is in private equity, venture capital, and international development. She is the Deputy Chair of the Bank of England's Court (the Bank's governing Board) and chaired the 2021 Court Review into Ethnic Diversity and Inclusion at the Bank of England.

Rajnish Kumar is a career banker with nearly four decades of experience with the State Bank of India, having served as the Chairman of the institution and completing his three-year term in October 2020. He is credited with successfully steering the largest bank in India and adopting key technology transformations during his tenure. His expertise in corporate credit and project finance is well recognised.

MS Sekhar is the former MD of the specialty chemicals business of the Sanmar Group, which he headed for 10 years. He has also served as a functional head in HR, Finance, Legal & Tax during his tenure at Sanmar. He is an expert in setting up new businesses, business turnarounds, corporate governance, foreign partner alliances, and related areas.

Ms. Dipti Neelakantan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Commerce graduate from Sydenham College, Mumbai. With over four decades of professional experience in financial and capital markets, she joined the JM Financial group in 1981 as a trainee and progressed through various disciplines and positions.

Vijay Kumar is the former Group Executive Vice President of NIIT Group, with a distinguished career spanning 30 years in banking and IT industries. During his association with the NIIT group since March 2000, he was involved in several international acquisitions, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and new business initiatives.

Anita Ramachandran has over 35 years of experience as a management consultant. In 1995, she founded HR consultancy firm Cerebrus Consultants, which has worked closely with over 300 companies across South and Southeast Asia and the Middle East on organisation reviews, compensation and benefits, performance management, and strategic HR. Anita serves as an Independent Director on the boards of several companies including Godrej & Boyce, Geometric Software, and Aditya Birla Retail.

Retail expert Govind Shrikhande has spent close to 35 years in the Indian textiles, apparel, and retail sector. He is a strategic advisor to Multiples, bringing deep domain expertise in consumer and retail investing.

Chirag Mistry joined Multiples in April 2020. He is a Chartered Accountant with over eight years of professional experience in financial reporting and auditing. At Multiples, he works on the financial reporting function, compliance, and documentation. He started his career as a KPMG intern and worked in the Assurance Practice at KPMG and EY. Prior to Multiples, he was at Altico Capital in the finance team.

Pooja Jain joined Multiples in November 2022, based out of the GIFT City IFSC office. She looks after fund accounting, administration, operations, reporting, and compliances for the funds managed by the firm. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of experience.

Harsh Shah joined Multiples in June 2021 and looks after fund accounting, operations, investor reporting, and taxation of the AIFs. Prior to Multiples, he worked at Kotak Investment Advisors for around four years, gaining experience in fund accounting and operations across private equity, real estate, and special situations funds. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.

Bhadresh Mehta joined Multiples in January 2022 with 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, and company secretarial functions. Prior to Multiples, he worked with Motilal Oswal Private Equity, CLSA India Private Limited, and Tata Capital, with experience across alternative investment funds, broking, merchant banking, and corporate compliances.

Mehul Agarwal joined Multiples in 2023 after a seven-year stint in Strategy and Transactions at EY, where he was an AVP in the financial due diligence practice focused on strategic M&A and PE fundraising transactions in BFSI. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a commerce degree from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. At Multiples, he is responsible for the management of existing portfolio companies and oversight of diligence activities for pipeline targets.
