Mr. Motilal Oswal is the Managing Director and CEO of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited, the listed group holding company he co-founded with Raamdeo Agrawal in 1987. He is a B.Com graduate and ACA. He has served on the Governing Board of the Bombay Stock Exchange, various NSE and SEBI committees, and the Managing Committee of the Indian Merchants' Chamber. He has been awarded the Rashtriya Samman Patra by the Government of India for being among the highest income tax payers in India. He has authored two books of quotations: 'The Essence of Business & Management' and 'The Essence of Life'.

Mr. Raamdeo Agrawal is the Chairman of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited (MOFSL) and a co-founder of the group. He is one of India's most celebrated investors with three decades of investing experience, and the driving force behind MOFSL's approach to investing. He created the QGLP (Quality, Growth, Longevity & favorable Price) investment framework and has been authoring the annual Motilal Oswal Wealth Creation Study since 1996. He is an Associate of the ICAI and member of the National Committee on Capital Markets, CII. He co-authored 'Corporate Numbers Game' (1986) and authored 'The Art of Wealth Creation'. He was awarded the Rashtriya Samman Patra by the CBDT for consistent tax payment integrity over FY95–FY99.

Navin Agarwal has been associated with the Motilal Oswal Group for over 23 years. He served as MD & CEO of MOAMC from July 2020 to April 25, 2024, during which MOAMC saw a strong turnaround in performance. He then returned to a strategic group-level role, leveraging his extensive experience and expertise to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the Motilal Oswal Group.

Ajay Menon is Whole-time Director & CEO of MOFSL's Wealth Management business. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI, November 1997) and a graduate from N.M. College of Commerce, Mumbai. He is also certified in Series 7, 24 and 63 of FINRA Regulations. He has over 22 years of vast experience in Indian Capital Markets, having joined MOFSL Group in 1998 as Accounts Manager and progressively led operations, compliance, legal, risk management, business process excellence, information technology, and the Commodities and Currency broking business.
