Ajay Khandelwal is an Executive Group Vice President and Fund Manager at MOAMC. He manages multiple equity MF and PMS/AIF strategies, with a focus on small and midcap equities. He is responsible for the small cap universe within the MOAMC research and fund management team.

Aditya Khemani is a Fund Manager at MOAMC, responsible for the Motilal Oswal Large & Midcap Fund among other schemes. He covers large and midcap equities within MOAMC's research and fund management framework.

Siddharth Bothra is a Fund Manager at MOAMC, managing equity schemes including co-management of select portfolios with Niket Shah.

Raamdeo Agrawal is the Chairman of Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company Limited (MOAMC) and the driving force behind the company's approach to investing. He is a co-founder of MOFSL, having started the group in 1987 alongside Motilal Oswal. Mr. Agrawal created the 'QGLP' (Quality, Growth, Longevity & favorable Price) investment process and its 'Buy Right, Sit Tight' investing philosophy. He has been authoring the annual Motilal Oswal Wealth Creation Study since its inception in 1996, which has become a benchmark document analysing India's top wealth-creating companies. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a member of the National Committee on Capital Markets of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He has featured on 'Wizards of Dalal Street' on CNBC TV18. He authored the book 'The Art of Wealth Creation' and co-authored 'Corporate Numbers Game'. He has been awarded the Rashtriya Samman Patra by the Central Board of Direct Taxes for consistent integrity in tax payments over FY95–FY99.

Prateek Agrawal was elevated as MD & CEO of MOAMC with effect from April 26, 2024, taking charge from Navin Agarwal who returned to a group role. He has close to 30 years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Banking, Advisory Services, and Sell-Side Research. Prior to joining MOAMC in October 2022, he was Business Head and CIO at ASK Investment Managers Private Limited. Earlier he worked as Head of Equity at BNP Paribas Mutual Fund and BOI AXA Mutual Fund (where he was part of the core startup team in both), and as Head of Research at SBI Capital Markets. He holds a PGDM in Finance and Management from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from NIT.

Akhil Chaturvedi was elevated to Executive Director (from Chief Business Officer) of MOAMC with effect from April 26, 2024. He has been associated with MOAMC for over 11 years, leading the entire Sales & Operations functions. He has 25+ years of experience in sales, distribution, client advisory (Wealth Management), and business development, having worked at Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC, Global Finance Ltd., and Daiwa Asset Management (as Head-Retail Sales). He holds a B.Com (University of Mumbai), an MBA (Marketing) and an MA (Accounts & Finance) from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom.

Niket Shah was elevated to Chief Investment Officer of MOAMC with effect from April 26, 2024. He has been associated with the Motilal Oswal Group for over 11 years and has more than 14 years of experience as a fund manager and research analyst. He is notable for managing the Motilal Oswal Flexicap Fund and Motilal Oswal Midcap Fund, which grew to an AUM exceeding INR 18,000 Cr under his stewardship.

Rajesh Bhojani is a senior professional with over 40 years' experience in financial services and education sectors. He has worked in senior positions in the Aditya Birla Group, UTI Mutual Fund and the British Council, and was associated with Birla Mutual Fund since its inception. He has also served as an independent director of PPFAS AMC Pvt Ltd and has done pioneering work in promoting financial literacy and systematic investing. He holds an MMS degree from NMIMS (Mumbai University).

Ms. Swanubhuti Jain has more than 18 years of experience in diverse Fintech organisations spanning Insurance, Stock Broking, Investment Banking, Commodities, and Consulting, creating businesses from scratch across startup ecosystems and global MNCs. She is currently affiliated with JITO Incubation & Innovation Foundation (JIIF), leading all business verticals of its startup ecosystem including JITO Angel Network and JITO Incubation Centre.

Mr. R.S. Sanghai has more than 37 years of experience in auditing (Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Tax Audits) and in Business Advisory Services covering Business Restructuring, Cost Cutting, CxO Services to Logistics & Packaging companies. He has expertise in Income Tax and International Taxation matters. He is a Fellow Member of ICAI (secured All India Rank in CA examinations) and Founder Partner of M/s. R.S. Sanghai & Associates.

Mr. Vipul Choksi is currently Senior Partner at Shah Gupta & Co., with vivid expertise in Assurance and Taxation Practice and over three decades handling audits of large corporates in Banking, Insurance, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, Housing Finance, Steel, Textile, Cement and Infrastructure. He is a former Chairman of the Western Indian Regional Council of ICAI, former President of the Chamber of Tax Consultants, and current Editor of the Chamber's Monthly Journal.
