The fund is managed by Meenakshi Alternates Advisors LLP and is backed by the Meenakshi Group, a diversified conglomerate with over 30 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, and power. The fund's primary scheme is the Meenakshi Real Assets Fund — a ₹700 crore (target) real estate-focused AIF offering a hybrid investment strategy across performing credit and structured equity. The Meenakshi Group, founded by Katragadda Sreenivasa Rao, has developed over 8 million sq. ft of commercial and residential projects with an additional 9 million sq. ft in pipeline, and manages 7 million+ sq. ft of Grade A commercial offices including MNCs like Deloitte, Google, NHAI, and TCS as tenants. The fund is headquartered at 119, Road No. 10, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, with a Mumbai office at Studio 532, 5th Floor, North Annex.
