Harjeet Singh Arora is the founder and Executive Chairman & Managing Director of Master Trust Ltd. and the mastertrust Group, which he established in 1985 as Arora Financial Consultants (P) Limited (later Master Trust Ltd.) in Ludhiana. He also serves as Managing Director & Director of Master Capital Services Ltd. and is a Director of Master Portfolio Services Ltd. and numerous other group entities including Master Insurance Brokers Ltd., Master Commodity Services Ltd., Master Share & Stock Brokers Ltd., Arora Financial Services Ltd., and Master Trust Wealth Pvt Ltd., among others. Under his leadership, the mastertrust Group has grown to a network spanning 24 states with over 1,000 employees and 300,000+ client relationships. Revenue of Master Trust Ltd. reached INR 501 Cr in FY2024.

Mr. R.K. Singhania (FCA) is a Director of Master Trust Ltd. and an authorized signatory. He has approximately 10 years of experience as Director (Finance) with India's premier Oswal group and is one of the promoters of the mastertrust Group. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate strategy, tax planning, and financial engineering internationally, and has executed M&A deals worth INR 50 billion in FY2005-06 alone. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA).

Mr. G.S. Chawla is a Director of Master Trust Ltd. and an authorized signatory. He holds a B.E., M.B.A., and D.B.F. and has over 12 years of experience working with a public financial institution, followed by 15 years of experience in capital markets, finance, and related activities. His primary responsibilities include development of the PMS business, advisory & research, merchant banking, insurance broking, and technology initiatives.

Harneesh Kaur Arora is a Director and authorized signatory of Master Trust Ltd., the listed group parent.

Rajiv Kalra is a Director of Master Trust Ltd., the listed group parent.

Mr. Pawan Chhabra (FCA) has approximately 20 years of experience in primary and secondary share markets and merchant banking activities. His primary responsibilities include liaising with SEBI, RBI, NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX, and FI/FII business development.
