Mantra Properties has delivered 12 projects in Pune and PCMC, has 125 lakh sq.ft. under construction, and 18 projects under development after 19 years in real estate. The AIF represents Mantra's formalised alternate investment platform for pooling institutional and HNI capital into its real estate developments.
