Magnifiq Capital Trust is a SEBI-registered Category I Alternative Investment Fund – Venture Capital Fund (Angel Fund) (IN/AIF1/22-23/1240), registered in March 2023 and headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana. The fund is managed by Magnifiq Securities Private Limited, the legal entity and investment manager behind the Magnifiq brand. Magnifiq Capital Trust is focused on supporting early-stage startups across India with high-growth potential, primarily investing at seed stage across sectors including consumer, retail, transportation and logistics tech, fintech, healthtech, and edtech. As of early 2026, the fund has invested in 8 companies including Aurm (smart safety vaults), CloudTailor, Hala Mobility, Lil Goodness, Estate Dekho, and Codeyoung. The fund has facilitated investments from a diverse pool of over 170 investors, maintains a network of 75+ industry experts and mentors, and has established relationships with 15 leading venture capital firms. Magnifiq operates as an angel fund within the Category I AIF framework, allowing it to make early-stage investments typically ranging from seed to pre-Series A rounds. The fund's team has co-investment relationships with funds such as Bowden Syndicates and has participated in subsequent funding rounds alongside marquee institutional investors.

RC Rahul is an accomplished investor with over a decade of experience in the unlisted market. With an MBA in Finance, he is passionate about ideating and empowering startups to achieve their full potential. His experience in unlisted markets helped him identify the potential of the startup ecosystem. He founded Magnifiq as a platform to connect investors with unlisted stocks and early-stage companies.
Anirudh Sharma

Anirudh is an industry veteran having worked with large corporates including ICICI, Tata, and Reliance in various capacities. He holds a B.Tech. and MBA and has extensive experience in financial markets. In his previous stint in the broking industry, he led large teams and achieved significant targets. At Magnifiq, his mission is to grow it into a top-3 player in its category.
Sridhar Gattu
Chief Operating Officer
Sridhar has over two decades of experience with top corporates including Karvy, Kotak, Anand Rathi, and CD Equisearch. He is an MBA Gold Medallist. His vast experience across operations, systems, legal, and compliance gives him a broad perspective on business operations. At Magnifiq, he leads operations and compliance as Chief Operating Officer and is the SEBI-registered contact for the fund.
