Madison India Opportunities Trust Fund is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (IN/AIF2/16-17/0257), registered in August 2016 and headquartered at 3 Sardar Patel Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. The fund is managed by Madison India Capital Advisors Private Limited, one of India's leading private equity investment firms. Founded in 2007 and operating out of New Delhi, Madison India Capital specialises in growth equity investments across the business services, consumer, financial services, healthcare, and technology industries. With over $1 billion in assets under management plus distributions, the firm has backed some of India's most prominent companies including Pine Labs, Lenskart, Star Health Insurance, Five-Star Business Finance, India Shelter Finance, MedGenome, and Gupshup.
