Sandeep Sinha is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Lumis Partners. He is an operator-investor with a clear focus on the Build-Buy-Invest approach to deliver market-leading returns alongside purposeful business building. He is deeply committed to the world of education and work, backing innovative models disrupting education, livelihood, and human potential. He set an audacious goal to build the Work10M platform, targeting co-creation of 10 million work opportunities across India by 2030. He has worked hands-on with PeopleStrong, Wheebox, Sheroes, Talentedge, Awign, and Unilodgers. Prior to Lumis, he was Senior Director at 3Com Technologies and was part of the global technology leadership programme at General Electric. He holds a BTech in Computer Science from Delhi Institute of Technology and a Master's from the London School of Economics.
Rohit Bhayana

Rohit Bhayana is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Lumis Partners. He deeply epitomises Lumis' philosophy — solving complex problems that are globally relevant at scale by leveraging India's talent, technology, data, demographics, and frugal innovation. He is passionate about fragmented value chains, communities, and technology, with focus areas in supply chain, aging, future of work, and food security. Before co-founding Lumis, he was CEO of GE Software Solutions, and earlier worked with HCL Corporation and Cadence Design Systems. He is a postgraduate from the London School of Economics and an Engineer in Computer Science from Delhi University.

Lalit Aggarwal is Senior Partner and CFO at Lumis Partners with 25 years of experience across investment banking, transaction advisory, and financial planning & analysis. His prior roles include senior positions at SRF Finance, PwC, HCL Comnet, and Genpact. He is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI and a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.
