Logos India Logistics Venture Fund (IN/AIF2/17-18/0523) is a SEBI-registered Category II AIF managed by LAI Investment Manager Private Limited — a joint venture investment management company established in August 2017 between LOGOS Property Group (Sydney-based, now fully integrated into ESR Group) and Assetz Property Group (Singapore/Bengaluru-based). Operating under the brand LOGOS India, the platform was established to develop and manage high-quality, modern logistics and industrial real estate assets across India's key logistics hubs: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad. The fund targeted up to USD 800 million in investment capacity, with backing from institutional investors including Ivanhoé Cambridge (CDPQ), QuadReal, and Macquarie Corporate Holdings. LOGOS India acquired its first assets in Chennai (two logistics parks from Casa Grand Group, totalling 2.2 million sq ft) and built a portfolio of five India properties. The platform was led by CEO Mehul Shah, a supply chain and logistics specialist with over two decades of experience, including prior service as Director & CEO of Parekh Integrated Services. LOGOS was acquired by ARA Asset Management in 2020 and subsequently integrated into ESR Group following ESR's USD 5.2 billion acquisition of ARA in January 2022. The remaining LOGOS founder stake was bought out by ESR in July 2024, completing full integration. The India portfolio and operations now sit within ESR Group's India platform.

Mehul Shah was Chief Executive Officer of LOGOS India from its establishment in August 2017. He is a supply chain and logistics specialist with over two decades of experience in logistics real estate, investment management, and international business management. Prior to LOGOS India, he served as Director and CEO of Parekh Integrated Services, an integrated logistics company with a presence in over 70 cities across India. At LOGOS India, he led the identification and development of high-quality logistics assets across Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad.

Ben Salmon is Co-Founder and CEO of Assetz Property Group and served as Chairman of LOGOS India. He was the key architect of the LOGOS-Assetz partnership in 2017, contributing Assetz's local Indian development expertise to the venture. Assetz Property Group is headquartered in Singapore and is a leading developer in India's high-tech and commercial real estate sector, with tech parks, commercial, residential, and warehouse assets across Bengaluru.
