LC Capital India Private Limited is the Indian arm of Lighthouse Canton, a global investment institution headquartered in Singapore and operating across wealth management, asset management, and founder ecosystems. The company was incorporated on 14 February 2020 (CIN: U65100TG2020PTC139228) and registered as a SEBI Portfolio Manager on 27 June 2023 under Registration No. INP000008163. Its registered office is in Hyderabad, Telangana; its corporate office is at Aerocity, New Delhi; and its branch office is at BKC, Mumbai. LC Capital India is majority-owned by Lighthouse Canton Investment Holdings Pte Ltd (59.91%), with the balance held by India-based co-founders Sumegh Bhatia and Manas Chadha (20% each). The India business was launched in 2020 with the opening of the New Delhi office and has since expanded to Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Gandhinagar (GIFT City). The portfolio management practice offers Discretionary, Non-Discretionary, and Advisory PMS services. The broader Lighthouse Canton group manages USD 4 Bn+ AUM and Advisory as of 31 December 2024 across offices in Singapore, Dubai (DIFC), UK (London), and seven India locations. Group milestones include: 2021 – first-ever investment by a global pension fund in life sciences real estate in South & South-East Asia (Ivanhoe Cambridge / CDPQ partnership); 2022 – named Best Independent Wealth Manager for Investment Advisory and Wealth Planning Services at Asian Private Banker Awards; 2023 – named Best Independent Wealth Manager for Asia Pacific; ranked on FT 500 High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2023 and Straits Times Singapore Fastest Growing Companies; 2024 – launched LC GenInnov Global Innovation Fund (GenAI era) and LC Nueva Momentum Fund; partnered with NH Absolute Return Partners in private debt; opened London office.
