Kunvarji is a diversified financial services and commodities group with a legacy spanning over six decades, founded in Patan, Gujarat. The group began in 1960 by establishing a strong foothold in the physical commodity market. Through the 1980s and 1990s it became a member of Ahmedabad's commodity and stock exchanges. It expanded into the stock market by joining NSE and BSE in 2005–06, ventured into agri-business exports in 2011–12, and entered warehousing and real estate — commissioning over 1 million sq. ft. of warehousing space in Gujarat — in 2013–14. Subsequent milestones include launching an insurance broking and advisory business (2016–18), the TradesApp mobile trading application and incubating TechAxion Pvt Ltd. (2019–21), and establishing a new corporate office in Mumbai along with an integrated peanut-processing facility at Dholka in 2022–23. Today Kunvarji operates across Wealth Solutions (SEBI-registered Portfolio Manager and stock broking), Agro Commodities, Warehousing, Realty Advisory, Tech Solutions, Insurance Advisory, and Merchant Banking. The group employs 700+ professionals and is headquartered at Siddhivinayak Towers, Ahmedabad.

A Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant by qualification, Mr. Deval Sheth started his career with Cellulose Products Ltd. and later joined the financial services sector. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Sheth blends sharp analytical prowess with an ability for practical execution. As Director of Strategy, he not only brings capital markets acumen but also ensures the successful implementation of the strategic roadmap.
Atul Choksi
Group Head – Legal & Compliance
Mr. Atul Choksi is a veteran in the securities market with over 40 years of experience in client servicing, operations, compliance and systems. Over his long career, he has studied the functioning of developed markets and acquired niche skills in securities market laws and regulations. He has been associated with Kunvarji and guiding Kunvarjians for over 16 years. He represents Kunvarji before all regulatory authorities and in proceedings before various legal forums.
