Ken Capital Trust is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (reg. IN/AIF2/23-24/1421), registered in January 2024 and managed by Klub Works Private Limited (CIN: U74140KA2019PTC126084) — the same entity that manages Karnation (IN/AIF2/21-22/0951), Klub's first domestic AIF. Ken Capital Trust is Klub's second SEBI-registered Indian credit fund, following Karnation which closed at AED 100 million (~₹100 crore) in 2022 and was fully deployed by 2023. Like Karnation, Ken Capital Trust deploys Revenue-Based Financing (RBF) — a non-dilutive, flexible growth capital mechanism — to digital and e-commerce businesses, with repayments tied to a percentage of monthly revenues rather than fixed EMIs. The fund is registered at IndiQube Ashford Park View, 80 Feet Road, Next to Wipro House Building, Koramangala, Bengaluru 560034 — Klub's current operational office address (distinct from Adarsh Palm Retreat where Karnation was registered, reflecting an office move between funds).
