Nimesh Kampani is the Founder and Non-Executive Chairman of JM Financial Group, one of India's leading financial services conglomerates. A commerce graduate from Sydenham College, Mumbai and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he founded JM Financial in 1973 and over five decades built it into a diversified financial powerhouse. He has made pioneering contributions to India's capital markets, advising leading corporates on capital raising, M&A, and restructuring — including taking TCS and Bharti Airtel public, assisting the Government of India in raising $2.4 billion via the partial sale of ONGC, and advising on the demerger of Reliance Industries. He has served on key committees of the Ministry of Finance, RBI, SEBI, BSE, NSE, CII, and FICCI. He has been a member of the High Powered Expert Committee on making Mumbai an International Finance Centre. He stepped down as Managing Director in 2016, with his son Vishal succeeding him, and continues as Non-Executive Chairman. In January 2021, he was honoured with the Hall of Fame Award by ICAI.

Vishal Kampani is the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of JM Financial Limited. He joined the JM Financial Group in 1997 in the Investment Banking Division and subsequently worked with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. in New York. Upon his return to India in 2000, he joined JM Morgan Stanley (the JV between JM Financial Group and Morgan Stanley) and headed the Corporate Finance division within Investment Banking. Post 2008, he played an instrumental role in identifying new growth opportunities and diversifying JM Financial Group's businesses, including launching the distressed credit, private equity, and housing finance businesses. He holds an M.Com from Mumbai University and M.S. (Finance) from London Business School. He served as Managing Director of JM Financial Limited from 2016–2021 and was appointed Non-Executive Vice Chairman in 2021.

P. S. Jayakumar is a Chartered Accountant and holds a postgraduate diploma in management. He has deep experience in the banking and financial sector with 23 years at Citibank across India and Singapore offices, where his last assignment was Country Head for Consumer Banking. After leaving Citibank in 2008, he worked as an entrepreneur and co-founded Value Budget Housing Company and Home First Finance Ltd, pioneering demand and supply in low-cost and affordable housing. In 2015, the Government of India selected him as Managing Director and CEO of Bank of Baroda — the first person from the private sector to run a large public sector bank. He successfully led the transformation of Bank of Baroda and completed the three-way merger of Bank of Baroda, Vijaya Bank, and Dena Bank. He was awarded 'Banker of the Year' by Financial Express for 2018.

Navroz Udwadia is a co-founder and Partner of Alpha Wave Global. Prior to Alpha Wave, he was an investment professional in Eton Park's emerging markets team in London (2005–2011). Before that he spent time at JP Morgan (private equity) and Goldman Sachs, where he was an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group and worked on the firm's internal strategy team. He graduated from Columbia University (BA, English) and attended Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar from India (MA, Law). He then completed his MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School. He is a nationally and internationally ranked tennis player — #1 ranked junior in India — and captained both the Oxford University and Columbia University men's tennis teams.

Roshini Bakshi is Managing Director, Private Equity at Everstone Capital Asia, based in Singapore. As an operating partner, she works deeply with Everstone's portfolio companies on human capital transformation, brand strategy, and ESG/Impact. Previously, she was the CEO and Managing Director of Walt Disney Company's Consumer, Media and Retail business for South Asia, where she set up and grew the business to over $300 million in revenue. She has more than 30 years of general management and marketing experience with a strong track record in consumer industries.

Pradip Kanakia is a governance-oriented professional with expertise in accounting, auditing, compliance, strategy, and performance management. A qualified Chartered Accountant of both England & Wales and India, he held leadership positions with Price Waterhouse and KPMG during a 35-year career spanning the UK, UAE, and India. As a lead audit partner, he led audits of several prestigious Indian and multinational companies across sectors for over 24 years. He was the reporting accountant for the first Indian manufacturing company to list on the New York Stock Exchange. As a leader at both firms, he played a major role in transforming businesses to drive accelerated growth and profitability.

Sumit Bose joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1976. He served in various positions with the Governments of Madhya Pradesh and India before retiring as Union Finance Secretary. In the Finance Ministry, he served as Secretary (Department of Revenue), Secretary (Expenditure), and Secretary (Disinvestment), as well as Secretary in the Thirteenth Finance Commission. Post-retirement, he was a member of the Expenditure Management Commission and the Committee to Review the Fiscal Responsibility Legislation. He has also chaired several committees of the Ministry of Rural Development and the Ministry of Defence of the Government of India. He acts as an Independent Director on the boards of various companies.

Adi Patel joined JM Financial's Merchant Banking Division in November 1993 and is currently the Managing Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has executed landmark M&A and restructuring transactions for leading business houses in India. Over 30 years with the firm, he has developed strong relationships with leading Indian and global clients across various industry segments, advising them on numerous strategic M&A and restructuring transactions.

Hariharan Aiyar earned his A.B. magna cum laude from Columbia University (1990) and his MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School (1995). He started his career at Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division in New York, where he was instrumental in the first GDR offering for an Indian company (Reliance Industries). In 1999, he headed Morgan Stanley's Strategic Trading Initiatives and Investments Group. In 2005, he became a Founding Member of Old Lane Partners and serves as Managing Partner of the Indian Advisor to Citigroup Alternative Investments/Napier Park Global Capital, spearheading private investments and asset-backed finance for infrastructure and real-estate projects in India. He co-founded First Finance with Vikram Pandit, ex-CEO of Citigroup. He holds directorships at JM Financial Credit Solutions, JM Financial Asset Management, JM Financial Institutional Securities, and JM Financial Services.

Chirag Negandhi oversees Institutional Equities, Equity Capital Markets, Private Wealth, Alternative Investments, Portfolio Management Services, and Real Estate Advisory for the Group. He brings over two decades of leadership experience in capital markets and has successfully led some of India's largest equity raises while working closely with leading corporates. He has been consistently profiled as one of the foremost Real Estate and Media analysts by leading financial journals. A management graduate from Purdue University, Indiana (top percentile of his class), he was conferred the '40 under 40' Award by the Economic Times. Prior to JM Financial, he was Joint Managing Director at Axis Capital.

Sonia Dasgupta is the Managing Director & CEO of the Investment Banking division at JM Financial. A seasoned investment banker with over 25 years of experience, she has been associated with JM Financial since 1995 and has played a crucial role in shaping the organisation's strategic direction. A graduate of IIM Ahmedabad, she has held key leadership positions including Head of FIG Coverage, Head of M&A Origination, and Head of Group Borrowings. She has led numerous landmark transactions for domestic and overseas clients. She was named one of 'India's Top Self-made Women of 2025' by Forbes Magazine in the Women Power list, one of India's 100 Most Influential Women by Business World (2023), and Top 100 Women in Finance by AIWMI (2019).

Ankur Jhaveri is the Managing Director and CEO of Institutional Equities at JM Financial. He brings nearly two decades of rich experience in Institutional Equities, with a career defined by driving business excellence and achieving podium positions in remarkably short spans. Prior to JM Financial, his previous assignment was with Axis Capital as Managing Director. He has also been associated with Edelweiss Financial Services, HSBC Securities, and ICICI Securities in various leadership roles. His qualifications include an MBA from NL Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, Master of Finance (International Finance) from ICFAI University, and Masters in Public Relations from XIC, Mumbai.

Sandeep Jain is responsible for balance sheet lending and debt capital market services to corporate clients. He leads a specialised team focused on underwriting and distributing credit across the performing and special situations spectrum. He brings over 25 years of experience across Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, and Structured Lending. He joined JM Financial in 1998 and has held leadership roles including Head of M&A, and Head of Coverage – Diversified Industrials. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and Masters in Management Studies from JBIMS, Mumbai. Prior to JM Financial, he worked with Deutsche Bank AG.

Anuj Kapoor is the Managing Director & CEO of Private Wealth and Alternatives Asset Management at JM Financial. He brings over 26 years of experience in financial services. Previously he was at UBS Securities India as Managing Director & Head, Global Banking. Prior to that, he has also worked with Barclays Bank, GE Capital, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen. He holds a Bachelor's in Commerce from Sri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Dimplekumar Shah spearheads the offline and online broking business at JM Financial Services Ltd. through its different verticals and product baskets. With over 23 years of rich experience in the financial industry, in his previous role he was a Whole-Time Director of Anagram Stockbroking Ltd., where he was instrumental in overall business development and branch expansion. He is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a degree from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants (ICWA).

Amitabh Mohanty is the Managing Director and CEO of JM Financial Asset Management Limited, overseeing the firm's mutual fund and AIF platform including the Credit Opportunities Fund. He brings over two decades of experience in asset management. Prior to JM Financial AMC, he was associated with Karvy Capital Limited, and began his career at SBI Funds Management Limited. He is the primary spokesperson and strategic leader for JM Financial AMC's AIF expansion across credit, real estate, and pre-IPO strategies.

Srinivasan V is the Chief Executive Officer of JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Limited. A seasoned stressed assets professional who joined the space in 2006, he brings over 25 years of expertise. His previous position was with Standard Chartered Bank, and other stints include Citibank, JP Morgan, Dun & Bradstreet, India Infoline, and BNP Paribas. He has completed his MBA (Finance) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and B.Com from R.A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics.

Manish Sheth is the Managing Director and CEO of JM Financial Home Loans Limited. He has been associated with JM Financial Group for about 16 years and previously served as the Group Chief Financial Officer. He specialises in finance and strategic planning, including capital structuring, treasury, taxation, accounting, reporting, controls, and compliance. He oversees finance and related matters of the flagship listed holding company, NBFC, Private Equity, Asset Reconstruction, and Alternative Investment and Lending businesses. He also oversees international treasury and operations and handles the Investor Relations function.

Anil Salvi is the Managing Director & Group Head of Human Resources at JM Financial. He has over 30 years of experience, with nearly 23 years dedicated to the Banking and Financial Services industry. Prior to JM Financial, he was SVP and Head HR at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in India, responsible for HR activities across all businesses of the bank. Nishit Shah is the Managing Director and Group Chief Financial Officer at JM Financial. After 12 years in Investment Banking, he moved to Business Strategy and Investor Relations, driving strategic initiatives, financial planning, debt raising, restructuring, and roll-out of new businesses. Satish Ramanathan brings approximately 30 years of rich experience in equity research and fund management. He joined JM Financial from Tattva Capital, his own entrepreneurial venture. He started his career with TATA Economic Consultancy Services in 1992 and has subsequently worked with ICICI Securities, Franklin Templeton AMC, and Sundaram AMC. He is the primary Fund Manager for JM Large Cap Fund, JM Flexicap Fund, JM Midcap Fund, and JM Value Fund.

Rakesh Parekh has over 30 years of experience in equities and portfolio management. He is a qualified Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), UK, and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Stirling, UK, and a B.Admin (Hons) from the University of Dundee, UK. Prior to joining JM Financial in 2004, he was part of the Templeton Emerging Markets Group under Dr. J. Mark Mobius, co-managing the Templeton India Growth Fund (TIGF) and a private institutional portfolio for OMERS, a Canadian pension fund.

Ashish Chaturmohta is a Managing Director and Fund Manager for the Apex PMS (Portfolio Management Services) product at JM Financial.

Rajiv Agrawal is the fund manager for JM Financial's Real Estate AIF (Alternative Investment Fund). He has 22 years of experience in wholesale real estate financing and has been part of JM's lending business for the last 11 years. He has previously worked with HDFC Limited and Wells Fargo. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Jaisinh Suchak is the Managing Director leading the Alternative Investment Funds business at JM Financial, overseeing the AIF product suite including the Credit Opportunities Fund under JM Financial Asset Management Limited.
