Csquare Venture Partners Fund I is a SEBI-registered Category I Angel Fund (reg. IN/AIF1/21-22/0965), managed by CSquare Venture Partners LLP — the investment manager arm of Java Capital, a Bengaluru-based deep tech and climate tech-focused pre-seed/seed stage venture fund. The fund is one of two SEBI-registered vehicles through which Java Capital invests, and operates with Vistra ITCL (India) Limited as its trustee. Java Capital is run by career venture capitalists Vinod Shankar, Bhargavi V, and Karteek Pulapaka, with a combined 30+ years of investing experience. The fund focuses on backing visionary founders at the idea and prototype stage, working closely with them to achieve product-market fit and scale globally.
