The firm is headquartered in the ground floor of Anurag CHS, Bhardawadi, near ICICI Colony, Andheri West, Mumbai — a deliberately understated location that reflects the firm's SIP-champion culture. Jain Privy Client manages approximately $500 million AUM across 1,000+ HNI investors through four distinct investment strategies, including a SEBI-registered PMS (India Equity) and the offshore Assetica India Equity Fund (Mauritius-domiciled). Vinod Jain
Founder and Managing Director
Vinod Jain is the Founder and Managing Director at Jain Investment. He began his financial services career with Birla Sun Life Distribution handling finance, followed by a stint at the National Stock Exchange. A Chartered Accountant (Merit holder) with B.A. (Hons.) Economics, he founded Jain Investment in 2001. He has been investing since the age of 19 and manages the firm’s SEBI-registered PMS and the offshore Assetica India Equity Fund domiciled in Mauritius. He serves on the board of Foundation of Independent Financial Advisors (FIFA) and is regularly quoted in media including Mint, Business Standard, Morningstar, Cafemutual and ET Wealth. He is passionate about training and conducts weekly sessions for staff. He grew up in Pali, Rajasthan and enjoys reading and badminton.

Harshit started a broking firm before partnering for PMS in 2010. He is a partner in Jain Investment Advisors Pvt. Ltd. and oversees PMS operations. He enjoys football and learning piano.

Pallab brings over three decades of experience in operations and investor relations. He joined in 2017 and previously worked with Mirae Asset India, HDFC Mutual Fund, IDBI Mutual Fund, SSI Limited and Nagarjuna Group.
