J4S Venture Fund is a SEBI-registered Category I Alternative Investment Fund (Angel Fund) (reg. IN/AIF1/24-25/1533), registered in June 2024 and managed by J4S Alliance Private Limited — the family office investment vehicle of the Kapoor family. J4S Alliance was co-founded by Saurabh Kapoor (Managing Director, JSG Group; IIM-A and MIT alumni), his wife Shikha Kapoor, and their son Simar Kapoor (University of Michigan, Computer Science) to manage the family's personal wealth and deploy capital into startups, industrials, and real estate. Saurabh Kapoor is the Managing Director of JSG Group and co-founder of J4S Alliance. He co-founded J4S Alliance as a family office with his wife Shikha and son Simar to manage personal wealth and deploy capital into startups, industrials, and real estate. An alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad and MIT's design and innovation program, Saurabh is an active investor and turnaround specialist, mentoring new-age entrepreneurs.
