Naveen Chandramohan Founder of Itus Capital, kickstarted his journey at Lehman Brothers in Tokyo, specializing in Equity Origination and Capital Markets Trading. Later, he served as the Head of ex-Japan (Asia) Trading at NOMURA, Hong Kong. Naveen managed money for 7.5 years as a fund manager investing in India, based out of Hong Kong prior to setting up Itus. In his last role, he was the responsible officer for Hutchin Hill, managing their Hong kong office. Naveen Chandramohan, the Founder and Fund Manager of ITUS Capital, believes in having a shared commitment to growth and fiduciary responsibility. Naveen began his career with Lehman Brothers in Tokyo as a senior analyst and was promoted to Vice President when he moved to Hongkong in 2008. After the bankruptcy of Lehman, he set up the Asia ex-japan business for Nomura and grew it to a USD 2bn book with a PL of USD 120 Mn in 2 years. In 2010, he joined Oracle Capital managing a USD 200 Mn India focussed fund and was awarded the best fund manager for 3 years in a row (2012-14). He then joined Hutchin Hill as a fund manager and Responsible Officer to set up their HongKong office running a USD 300 Mn India focussed fund. Naveen returned to India in 2017 to set up Itus Capital. He did his engineering from BITS Pilani in Electrical engineering and his MBA from IIM Bangalore, graduating as a gold medalist from BITS Pilani and in the Deans Merit List (Top 10 in the batch) at IIM Bangalore.

He has over 20+ years of experience in financial markets as a partner with Barings & TVS Capital, investing across private and public markets in various sectors. To Karthik, investing today is a man-machine problem involving finance, technology, math, and data. He is pioneering technology and data for better investing decisions in the Indian markets. As an external IC member, Karthik brings this unique perspective and rigour to the firm's investing process. Karthik is an alumnus of IIT Madras and IIM Bangalore.

Swapnil Agarwal, the Founder of Nitya Capital, spearheads a USD 2.5 billion privately held real estate enterprise established in 2013, headquartered in Houston, Texas. His leadership centers on the acquisition and management of diverse real estate assets, including multifamily units, commercial offices, and retail properties. Hailing from India, Swapnil Agarwal graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin, earning a BBA in Finance in 2003.

He advises some of the most esteemed families in the country, offering strategic insights and guidance. As an alumnus of ISB Hyderabad and the Founder of SRSV & Associates, Krishna combines academic rigor with practical experience to deliver comprehensive audit and process consulting solutions.

With an extensive background spanning three decades in the financial markets, Shailashri Bhaskar serves as a Governance and External Compliance Consultant. She formerly held the position of Deputy General Manager with SEBI and is a Secretary in Whole Time Practice. She is a regular faculty member at programs and seminars organized by ICSI, ICAI, NISM, NSE, and BSE. Her expertise contributes significantly to navigating complex compliance landscapes and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Focus Areas: MIS; Payroll; GST; TDS; Accounts and Tax. 3 years of experience in Accounting and Taxation, specializing in Income Tax Returns (ITR), GST and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS). She handles daily accounting tasks, Audit Finalisation, preparing reports for financial decisions, maintaining budget and ensuring timely filing of all statutory compliances. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, cooking and badminton.

Srinivas has over 10 years of experience in finance with expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. He is responsible for handling end-to-end finance and accounting activities including statutory filings, audits, preparation of forecasts and MIS, taxation, payroll, and monitoring compliance and amendments to SEBI PMS regulations. His interests include travelling, spending time with family and friends, and cooking.
