Invexa Capital LLP is a SEBI registered Investment Adviser providing advisory services to select Accredited Investors in India. It is an India-focused boutique investment vehicle set up by seasoned investor Madhusudan Kela, focusing on differentiated investment bets across sectors, themes and asset classes, with a preference for concentrated medium-term investments (2–4 years).
Invexa Capital combines macro insights and thematic investing with bottom-up stock selection, taking concentrated positions. The philosophy is built on opportunity identification, theme-based filtering, quality of management and business assessment, ecosystem analysis, expert consultation, disciplined bet sizing, active monitoring, and clearly defined exit strategies to achieve asymmetric risk-reward outcomes.
Tushar Bohra
Tushar has 13+ years of cross-functional, cross-industry experience (7 years in consulting, 6+ years in investing). Prior to joining Invexa Capital, he was AVP – Investments at Reliance Capital Ltd. He has also worked at Accenture Management Consulting and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. He holds a BE (Electronics & Telecommunications) from Mumbai University and an MBA (PGDM) from IIM Calcutta.
Sumit Bhalotia
Sumit has over 12 years of experience across financial services, oil & gas, telecom and IT. He previously served as AVP – Investments at Reliance Capital Ltd and has worked at CRISIL, IOCL and Cognizant. He holds an MBA (Finance), CFA and BTech (Computer Science).
Siddharth Shah
Siddharth has 12 years of experience in equity research and fund management, with exposure to private equity, structured credit and real estate. He previously worked at Reliance Capital Ltd, Reliance Corporate Advisory Services Ltd, ICRA Ltd and Kotak Securities Ltd. He holds an MBA (Finance), CFA, FRM and BE (Electronics & Communications).
Sunny Gosar
Sunny has 7 years of experience in equity research and management consulting. Prior to Invexa Capital, he was an equity analyst at Reliance Capital Ltd and has also worked at Universal Consulting. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and CFA.
Ayushi M. Shah
Compliance Officer
Ayushi has over 4 years of experience in compliance, secretarial and corporate governance functions. Prior to Invexa Capital LLP, she was Company Secretary at J.V. Gokal And Company Private Limited and worked with Inspirigence Advisors LLP handling regulatory and secretarial compliances for AIFs, Portfolio Managers and Investment Advisors. She is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai.
