Maj Rahul Seth is a commissioned Infantry Officer with the Indian Army Reserves and won the Indian Army Innovation Competition 2023–24. He set up Antler VC's India office as Director, building India's largest founder scouting funnel with 25,000+ founders over 3 years. He is a two-time startup founder with experience in Financial Technology. He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from BITS Pilani. He runs Industrial47 from Bengaluru.
