Secured high-yield private credit
IndoStar Credit Fund (IN/AIF2/15-16/0147) is a SEBI-registered Category II AIF with a corpus of INR 203 crore. It is managed by IndoStar Asset Advisory Private Limited and sponsored by Amulya Corporation Private Limited — a wholly-owned subsidiary of Everstone Capital Advisors Private Limited. Everstone Capital is the investment manager and sub-advisor to managers of international PE and real estate funds. IndoStar Credit Fund invests primarily in fully secured, high-yield public and private debt and debt securities (secured debentures), generating regular/recurring income distributed to unit holders on a quarterly basis. The fund is part of the Everstone-IndoStar ecosystem: IndoStar Capital Finance Limited (BSE/NSE: INDOSTAR) is the listed NBFC that Everstone took public in 2018. IndoStar Asset Advisory Private Limited is the AMC/investment manager arm of this ecosystem. SEBI Registration: April 2015. The fund was sponsored by the Everstone ecosystem to recycle capital into performing credit alongside the NBFC's balance sheet.
IndoStar Credit Fund focuses on secured private credit — investing in secured debentures and other high-yield debt instruments issued by corporates, real estate developers, and other borrowers. The fund prioritises downside protection through comprehensive security structures, while targeting regular quarterly income distributions. The underlying credit thesis draws on IndoStar Capital's NBFC underwriting expertise across corporate lending, structured real estate, and vehicle finance, providing investors access to a curated pool of secured credit opportunities.
