InterGlobe Aviation Ventures (IN/AIF2/24-25/1569) is a SEBI-registered Category II AIF — the corporate venture capital arm of IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Limited), India's largest airline. IndiGo Ventures is led by Ankit Sharma, a former Assistant Vice President at Axis Bank and Director at Trifecta Capital Advisors. Sharma has a strong track record, having participated in over 30 startup investments, including companies like Cars24 and Ninjacart. IndiGo Ventures will focus on backing startups across Pre-Series A, Series A and Series B rounds primarily in the aviation and allied industries such as travel, lifestyle, hospitality and transport. The Board of InterGlobe Aviation approved investment of up to Rs 295 crore in IndiGo Ventures Fund - I (a scheme of InterGlobe Aviation Ventures). The SEBI AIF registration (August 2024) preceded the October 2024 SEBI nod announcement, with the fund beginning investments by March 2025.

It targets pre-Series A through Series B, with focus on aviation tech and consumer startups enhancing the passenger journey.
