Indiabulls Asset Management Company Limited (CIN: U65991HR2008PLC095063) was the Asset Management arm of Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited, managing Indiabulls Mutual Fund as well as Portfolio Management Services and Alternative Investment Funds. The AMC was registered as a Portfolio Manager with SEBI bearing Registration No. INP000004938. The AMC also managed Indiabulls AIF (Category II, Registration No. IN/AIF2/14-15/0133) and Indiabulls Investment Trust (Category III, Registration No. IN/AIF3/18-19/0619). The PMS business was transferred to Indiabulls Investment Management Ltd (INP100007709) effective April 1, 2023, following NCLT approval (Chandigarh bench, September 13, 2022) and SEBI approval (March 8, 2023). The company itself (including the Mutual Fund business) was subsequently sold to Nextbillion Technology Pvt. Ltd. (Groww) on May 2, 2023, and the fund is now known as Groww Mutual Fund.
