Investment Philosophy

India Alternatives specialises in growth capital — taking significant minority stakes in fast-growing companies with solid fundamental business models run by ethical and driven promoters. The fund partners with promoters to build market-leading businesses, leveraging access to seasoned industry veterans, family offices, top Indian institutions, and dedicated resources to position companies for public listing. The approach favours high-conviction, significant minority stakes with an active value creation orientation regardless of stake size.
