P R Dilip began his journey in the financial markets in 1994 after working as a software consultant to Bombay Stock Brokers. Witnessing the transformation of the Indian capital markets—from outcry trading to electronic platforms—he developed a research-oriented, logical approach to investing. He holds a degree in Mathematics from Madras University, certifications in Software Programming and Systems Management, an MBA in Financial Management and an honorary Doctorate. He established Impetus Arthasutra in 1994 and obtained SEBI Portfolio Management registration in 2007. He developed an exhaustive investor profiling system to scientifically evaluate risk profiles and financial needs and has mentored numerous management students in comprehensive wealth management practices.

Aparna Pandharkar joined Impetus Arthasutra in 2004 and brings over 24 years of experience in investments. She is skilled in people management, finance, risk mapping and client relationship management. She holds an MBA in Finance from Pune (1998) and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Mumbai University (1995). She has extensive experience working with CEOs and founders and plays a key leadership role within the organization.

A Commerce graduate from Mumbai University, Manisha Menon has been associated with Impetus Arthasutra since 2006. She has decades of experience in PMS administration and compliance management. She leads compliance-related matters and heads the investor grievances division of the firm.

Sageer Kottaram has been part of Impetus since 2007 and serves on its board. He is experienced in the Indian financial markets and has been instrumental in developing and managing NRI clientele. He holds multiple qualifications including PGDFMP, PGDIM, PGDHRM, DIM and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. He is passionate about investor education and core PMS operations.
