Mr. Rakesh Jha is an Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Bank since September 2022, heading Retail Banking, Rural & Agriculture and SME businesses. He also serves on the Boards of ICICI Lombard General Insurance and ICICI Venture Funds Management. With the ICICI Group since 1996, he has worked across financial reporting, planning, strategy, asset-liability management and investor relations, and previously served as Group CFO of the Bank. He holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a BE from IIT Delhi.

Mr. Ajay Kumar Gupta is an Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Bank since March 2024, responsible for credit policy, credit underwriting for Retail and Business Banking, Operations, Technology, and Data Sciences. With ICICI Bank since 1991, he has experience across Corporate Banking, Project Finance, SME, Debt Service Management, Credit & Policy and Operations. He is a Chartered Accountant (1991).

Mr. Ashvin Parekh is a member of the ICAI with experience in business strategies, corporate planning and business transformation across banking, insurance, pension and capital markets in domestic and global markets. He is a director on the boards of ICICI Lombard General Insurance and ICICI Securities Primary Dealership, and a designated partner of Ashvin Parekh Advisory Services LLP. He has been a Director on the Board since August 2016.

Mr. Subrata Mukherji holds an MMS from the University of Mumbai and an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, with an executive programme from the University of Michigan. He was Executive Director of ICICI Bank (2002–2004), MD & CEO of ICICI Securities (2004–2007 and 2007–2009), and later President of ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth. He has been a Director on the Board since November 2017.

Ms. Vijayalakshmi Iyer holds a post-graduation in Commerce and Economics from the University of Mumbai and is a Fellow of CAIIB. She served as Executive Director of Central Bank of India and Chairperson and Managing Director of Bank of India, and was a Whole Time Member (Finance and Investment) at IRDAI. She has been a Director on the Board since November 2017.

Dr. Gopichand Katragadda is Founder and CEO of Myelin Foundry, an AI company focused on media & entertainment, industrial IoT and automotive. He is an Independent Director of Bosch India and Vice President of the IET Board of Trustees, UK. Previously Group CTO of Tata Sons and Chairman & MD of GE India Technology Centre. A GE Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he holds a BE from Bangalore University and MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.

Ms. Sandhya Gadkari Sharma holds an MBA from NMIMS and a commerce degree from Sydenham College, Mumbai. She has a 38-year career in finance — 22 years at ICICI Ltd. & ICICI Bank across lease finance, project appraisal and NPA resolution, and 16 years at Mahindra & Mahindra across M&A, Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance. She built a governance framework engaging over 14,000 employees across M&M Group companies.

Mr. T.K. Srirang is MD and CEO of ICICI Securities, with the ICICI Group since 2001. He previously served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at ICICI Bank, heading HR and Infrastructure Management Services. He is a member of the Governing Council of ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth and the Governing Body of IIIT Bangalore. He holds an MBA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and a BE in Industrial Engineering. Prior to ICICI Bank, he worked with ICI India and Coca-Cola India.

Mr. Ajay Saraf has been an Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Securities since May 2011, responsible for Retail & Private Wealth business, Customer Service and Operations. A member of ICAI and ICWAI, he has been with the ICICI Group since 2002. Prior to ICICI Bank, he worked with American Express Bank.

Mr. B. Prasanna is Executive Director and heads Corporate Finance and Institutional Equities at ICICI Securities. Previously he headed Global Markets — Sales, Trading and Research at ICICI Bank. With the ICICI Group since 1993, he has been part of various RBI, SEBI and FIMMDA committees including the CoBoSAC committee formed by SEBI for development of the corporate bond market.
