Mr. Ajay Kumar Gupta is a Chartered Accountant (1991) and Executive Director of ICICI Bank Limited, responsible for credit underwriting and process management for Retail and Business Banking, Operations, Technology, Data Sciences and Analytics. With ICICI Bank since November 1991, his experience spans Corporate Banking, Project Finance, SME, Debt Service Management, Credit & Policy and Operations. He is also a Director on the Boards of ICICI Securities Limited and ICICI Home Finance Company Limited, and Chairperson of i-Process Services (India) Limited.

Mr. G. Gopalakrishna is a graduate in Arts and Laws and a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He has over three and a half decades of experience in various roles within the Reserve Bank of India, covering banking supervision, financial stability, information technology, foreign exchange, payment and settlement systems, research and capacity building. He also headed CAFRAL, the Centre for Financial Research and Learning promoted by RBI.

Dr. Mamta Suri superannuated as Executive Director of IRDAI, where she headed Finance & Investment, Internal Audit, and Compliance & Enforcement, handling insurance registration, M&A, IPO matters, corporate governance, solvency, RBC, IFRS and RBS. She also served as the first Executive Director of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (2017–2019) and was on the Board of IFSCA. She holds an MSc in Insurance & Risk Management from Cass Business School London, a CFA, and a doctorate in Finance from the University of Delhi.

Mr. Jyotin Mehta holds a BCom from the University of Bombay and is a Fellow member of ICAI, ICSI and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He retired as Vice President and Chief Internal Auditor of Voltas Limited in February 2018, and has held senior management positions in the TATA, ICICI and Shell Group of Companies across finance, audit, governance and compliance.
