Overview

About

Huddle Venture Fund (IN/AIF1/22-23/1195) is a SEBI-registered Category I AIF managed by Huddle Venture Management Private Limited, the legal entity behind Huddle Ventures — an early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2017 (registered with SEBI in January 2023) by Ishaan Khosla and Sanil Sachar, based in Gurugram. The fund's SEBI contact and General Partner is Sanil Sachar. SEBI filing address: A-19, New Friends Colony, New Delhi 110065 (Nishith Desai Associates acts as filing agent; real operational address is Gurugram/Gurgaon). Huddle Ventures invests at Pre-Seed and Seed stages in India-based startups across consumer brands, fintech, agri-tech, and healthcare, among others. Fund I (INR 50 crore) was fully deployed and saw strong follow-on rounds and partial exits. Fund II (IN/AIF1/22-23/1195, INR 100+ crore, oversubscribed) focused on leading the first institutional rounds for companies. Total AUM across both funds is approximately USD 20 million. As of early 2026, Huddle Ventures has invested in 57 companies, with 6 new investments in the last 12 months. Notable portfolio companies: Bold Care, Perfora, Celcius Logistics, LiteStore, Grip Invest, Cureskin, Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, Wellversed, New Shop, and Shiprocket (co-invest). Fund II LP base: family offices, successful founders, and HNIs.

Investment Philosophy

Huddle Ventures operates with a high-conviction, pre-seed/seed investment strategy that partners with founders at the earliest stages. The firm believes in backing founders before the world sees what they see — investing in companies across sectors including retail, consumer brands, fintech, agri-tech, and healthcare, without limiting itself to any single vertical. The firm institutionalizes a methodology that consistently supports early-stage ventures to grow into established organizations. Its philosophy assigns significant weight to a founder's purpose and values, believing that these traits drive long-term outcomes above intelligence and skill. Beyond capital, Huddle proactively supports portfolio founders with business development, go-to-market strategy, revenue model building, and talent hiring. Its expansive network of key advisors — including founders from Zomato, Shiprocket, Future Group, KPMG, OYO, and Grant Thornton — provides portfolio companies with access to domain expertise and strategic guidance across multiple industries.
