Helios Capital Management Pte. Ltd. (“Helios Singapore”) is an India-focused Singapore-based asset management company founded in 2005. It holds a Capital Markets Services License from the Monetary Authority of Singapore and is registered as a Foreign Portfolio Investor with SEBI. Its subsidiary, Helios Capital Asset Management (India) Private Limited (“Helios India”), headquartered in Mumbai, is licensed by SEBI to offer Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), and acts as Investment Manager to Helios Mutual Fund. The Helios group was founded by Samir Arora along with co-founders Dave H. Williams and Karan Trehan, pioneers in the Indian asset management industry. Helios has expanded its onshore presence in India under PMS/AIF regulations and received SEBI approval for a Mutual Fund license in August 2023.

Helios follows its proprietary EITM (Elimination Investing) framework.
