Relentless Focus. Exceptional Results.
We actively seek to recruit talented people from all academic backgrounds into our university programs and entry level positions. Ranging from one-week spring internships to full-time jobs, all our positions offer an opportunity to learn firsthand about the firm, our culture and the financial services industry. When recruiting experienced professionals, we look for people with a passion for excellence, a belief in the power of the team, integrity and leadership. The Goldman Sachs Returnship® program is designed for women who are rejoining the workforce after an absence of two or more years. This paid, 12-week program, launched in 2013 in India, provides individuals with an opportunity to strengthen their technical skills, explore a new career path and assess their ability to transition back into the workforce on a full-time basis. Following the Returnship, the program provides opportunities to explore joining the firm as a fulltime employee. Launched in 2014 in India, Goldman Sachs Veterans Integration Program, previously known as the Armed Forces Integration Program, provides officers joining the civilian workforce after serving in the armed forces with an opportunity to develop their professional skills, strengthen their understanding of financial services and prepare for future careers in the industry. The 12-week paid program is crafted as a "hands on" experience and offers participating veterans a real view into future responsibilities and demands.
We make an unusual effort to identify and recruit the very best person for every job. Although our activities are measured in billions of dollars, we select our people one by one. In a service business, we know that without the best people, we cannot be the best firm.
