GMO-Z.Com Payment Gateway India Credit Fund (IN/AIF2/20-21/0870) is a SEBI-registered Category II AIF managed by GMO-Z.Com Payment Gateway India Private Limited (CIN: U65990MH2019FTC333233), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. (TSE: 3769), Japan's leading payment infrastructure company. The fund was established to provide impact debt financing to FinTech and financial inclusion companies in India. Known investments include NCDs worth INR 30 crore to SATYA MicroCapital Limited (a microfinance institution serving 515,000+ women entrepreneurs), announced September 2021.
