Dhiraj has 18+ years of experience in financial planning, advisory services and portfolio management across equities, derivatives, mutual funds, bonds and currencies. Prior to Geojit, he served as Fund Manager for AIF at Yes Securities India Limited, and has worked with Motilal Oswal Financial Services and IIFL. He started his career at Edelweiss in 2007 in the Treasury division, devising arbitrage and options strategies in cash and futures markets.

Rupin has more than 20 years of experience in fund management and equity research, with a strong ability to pick high-quality stocks across sectors. He has exposure across buy-side and sell-side institutional Indian equity analysis, prop desk and foreign equity markets. Before Geojit, he was a Portfolio Manager at InCred Capital Wealth and part of the Fund Management Team at Reliance Wealth Management. He holds a master's in finance from ICFAI University and has cleared Level 2 of the CFA program.

Mr. C. J. George is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Geojit Financial Services Ltd. He holds a Master's degree in Commerce and has 40 years of professional experience in the securities market. He is a member of CII's National Committee on Financial Markets, ASSOCHAM's Managing Committee, KPMG's Council for Governance and Risk in Financial Services, and the Kerala State Higher Education Council. Past roles include membership on NSE and NSDL executive committees, and Advisory Committee of ICCL. He is a recipient of the Management Leadership Award from KMA and TiE Kerala Lifetime Achievement Award. His other directorships include KSIDC, Aster DM Healthcare and V-Guard Industries.

Mr. Vishnuraj P is a 2019 batch IAS officer (Kerala cadre) and currently Managing Director of KSIDC, also holding charge as Director of the Department of Industries & Commerce and Special Officer (Plantations). He holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from NIT Calicut, an MPM from JNU New Delhi, and an LLM from NLU Delhi. He began as an Indian Forest Service officer in 2018 before joining the IAS, with roles as Assistant Collector Malappuram, Sub Collector Ernakulam, Deputy Secretary PWD, Director PIEMD, and Director Sports & Youth Affairs.

Ms. Alice Vaidyan joined New India Assurance in 1983 and rose to Deputy General Manager by 2008, then joined General Insurance Corporation as Deputy General Manager and was promoted to Chairman & Managing Director in 2016, retiring in July 2019. She is the first woman CMD in the Indian general insurance industry and was the only Indian featured in Fortune's Global List of 50 Most Powerful Women in Business in 2018. She is also a director at TATA AIA Life Insurance, TATA AIG General Insurance, Union Asset Management, Air India, Air India Express, Tata Investment Corporation and Tejas Networks.

Mr. Rajan K Medhekar served 37 years in the Indian Police Service (IPS, 1975 Batch), concluding his career as Director General of the National Security Guard (NSG). Post-retirement, he is a security consultant to government and private sector and is currently Director General of the International Institute of Security and Safety Management (IISSM), New Delhi. A graduate of BITS Pilani and postgraduate in Solid State Physics from Bombay University, he has been awarded the President's Police Medal for Distinguished Service and the Indian Police Medal for Meritorious Service.

Prof. Sebastian Morris superannuated in September 2020 from IIM Ahmedabad as Professor (from 2000), where his work involved teaching, research, consultancy and administration. He is currently Senior Professor at the Goa Institute of Management. He is a Fellow of IIM Calcutta (Economics) and holds an MSc (five-year integrated in Physics) from IIT Bombay. He is also a Director on the Boards of Intech Organics Limited and Geojit Technologies Private Limited.

Mr. Binoy Varghese Samuel is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience across accounting, financial management, corporate affairs, compliance, risk management, project planning and joint venture negotiations. He retired as CFO of Geojit Financial Services Limited in 2015. Prior to Geojit, he worked with Modern Group in Jakarta, Indonesia and New India Assurance.

Mr. G. Pradeep Kumar is a finance professional with over two decades of experience in financial services. He served as CEO of Union Asset Management Company from March 2010 to March 2024, and prior to that was Chief Marketing Officer at IDFC Investment Advisors Limited (December 2005 to March 2010). He holds a PGDBM from IIM Ahmedabad and a BTech from the University of Calicut.

Mr. Punnoose George is a reputed industrialist with interests in manufacturing, plantations and educational institutions. He is Executive Director of Kottukulam Group, Kottayam, and Executive Chairman of SAINTGITS Group of Institutions. An engineering graduate and Master of Law, he has been on Geojit's Board since April 1995. He holds directorships in Kottukulam Engineer Private Limited, Unity Realtors, Geojit Technologies and Saintgits Innovation and Incubation Council.

Mr. Satish Menon is a Commerce graduate from Bombay University, a qualified Associate Cost and Works Accountant (AICWA) and a CFP. He joined Geojit in 1999 and has been instrumental in driving the business and spearheading several strategic initiatives. He was awarded Manager of the Year by Kerala Management Association in 2016 and was appointed to Geojit's Board as Executive Director in 2018. He also holds directorship in Geojit IFSC Limited.

Mr. Jones George oversees Digital Initiatives, Customer Experience, Geojit IFSC and NRI business functions, spearheading the company's digital transformation. A Digital Media Specialist with experience in digital platform development, product strategies and business process reengineering, he holds an MSc in Management (Information Systems & Digital Innovation) from the London School of Economics and an MBA (Finance) from UNSW Business School, Australia. He holds directorships in Geojit Techloan, Geojit IFSC, CJG Developers, CJG Holdings and QBG Geojit Securities LLC.
