Alok Gupta is Partner and Head of India at Foundation Private Equity, based in Mumbai. He has 30+ years of experience in financial services, with the last 12 years focused on growth equity investments in India. He was most recently Managing Director at HSBC Private Equity (later Headland Capital), responsible for the India office including origination, execution, and monitoring of direct investments. Prior to that, he was at Yes Bank and Rabo India, overseeing life sciences and technology business verticals. He began his career at ANZ Grindlays Bank in Structured Finance & Syndications in Mumbai and London. M.Sc. Economics and B.E. Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani; MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Jason Sambanju is Partner, CEO and Co-Founder of Foundation Private Equity, based in Singapore. He has 28 years of experience in financial services, the last 22 in Asian private equity. Before founding Foundation PE in 2017, he was Head of Asia Secondaries for DB Private Equity (Deutsche Bank) and spent 7 years as Co-Head of Asia for Paul Capital Partners. He started his career as a direct investor with Symphony Capital. B.Sc. Finance and B.A. Economics from University of Pennsylvania (with honours). Indonesian citizen.

Jeremy Foo is Partner and Co-Founder of Foundation Private Equity, based in Singapore. He has 20+ years of PE experience, with 13 years in control buyouts and growth equity in Asia at Navis Capital Partners, Southern Capital Group, Standard Chartered Private Equity, and Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (New York). B.Sc. Finance & Accounting (Honours) from NYU Stern. Singaporean citizen.
