Ms. Devina Mehra is one of the most respected names in investing and research globally with over 30 years of experience. She built India's leading securities and research firm in the 1990s and led its global expansion, making First Global the first Asian (ex-Japan) member of the London Stock Exchange and NASD. She established a global research platform covering the Americas, Europe and Asia, has been widely quoted in international media, and has successfully identified major market turning points over decades.

Mr. Neeraj Khanna has over three decades of experience across securities markets, corporate finance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, taxation and financial engineering. As Director and Group CFO of the First Global Group, he has managed multiple business lines including institutional and retail broking, investment banking and global portfolio management services, and brings extensive experience in both Indian and international regulatory frameworks.

Mr. Achin Agarwal leads the Quantitative Research, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning unit at First Global. He has built scalable quantitative models investing across multiple asset classes and geographies, managing global funds over the past decade. His work spans adaptive investment models, deep learning, natural language processing and advanced computational techniques applied to asset management.

Ms. Kavita Thomas has over 20 years of experience in equity research at First Global. She was part of the core team that built the firm’s global research platform and has led the fundamental research and fund management team since 2013. Her research has been featured widely in global financial media, and she oversees a team of analysts across sectors.
