Eversource Climate Investment Partners (IN/AIF2/24-25/1553) is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund registered in July 2024 — the India onshore pooling vehicle for EverSource Capital's second climate fund, Eversource Climate Investment Partners II (ECIP II). EverSource Capital is India's largest dedicated climate investment platform, jointly promoted by Everstone Group and Lightsource BP. ECIP II targets USD 900 million across climate sectors including renewable energy, energy transition (grid efficiency and storage), electric mobility, circular economy, water management, and sustainable food and agriculture, primarily in India with a secondary focus on South and Southeast Asia. Fund I ('Green Growth Equity Fund') was a USD 741 million fund that deployed across renewable energy, EVs, and climate infrastructure. Major LPs in ECIP II include the US DFC, British International Investment (BII), and other development finance institutions. The fund is registered at the Everstone India office at C-5, First Floor, Block C, Defence Colony, New Delhi 110024 — the same address as the EverCred AIF, consistent with Everstone's shared India registered office.
