He has served as trustee of the Bombay Stock Exchange and member of the regional board of the Reserve Bank of India, and has been associated with various SEBI committees. He has conducted professional seminars in behavioral science and received the citation of ‘Veteran Economist of the Capital Markets’ from the Indian Council of Business.
