IN/AIF2/21-22/0894), registered in June 2021 and managed by Embassy Property Developments Private Limited — the flagship development company of Embassy Group, one of India's leading integrated real estate platforms founded and chaired by Jitu Virwani. Embassy Group is headquartered at Embassy Point, 150 Infantry Road, Bengaluru, and has developed over 75 million sq. ft. of commercial, residential, hospitality, services, retail, and education spaces across India and internationally. Jitu Virwani is the Chairman and Managing Director of Embassy Group, which he has led since 1993. Under his leadership, Embassy has developed 75+ million sq. ft. across commercial, residential, hospitality, and education. He launched India's first publicly listed REIT (Embassy Office Parks REIT) and introduced WeWork to India in 2017. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
