Deepak Mukhija is Head of Compliance and Secretarial at EAAA India Alternatives Limited and the SEBI-designated compliance contact across multiple EAAA AIF vehicles. He has over 18 years of experience in corporate secretarial and alternative investment compliance. He joined Edelweiss in September 2018, having previously served as Company Secretary at Nippon Life India AMC and spent 9 years at Kotak Private Equity. He holds a Company Secretary qualification and an LLB from the University of Mumbai.

Rashesh Chandrakant Shah is the Executive Chairman and Whole-Time Director of the Company. He has been associated with the Company since August 28, 2024. He holds a postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is one of the founders of EFSL, one of the Promoters of the Company, and has been associated with EFSL since 1995.

Amit Agarwal is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has been associated with the Company since April 1, 2017. He manages the investment lifecycle and exit strategies in the Private Credit vertical and has been instrumental in fundraising. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Lucknow and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was previously associated with Pricewaterhouse Coopers Private Limited, Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited, and certain Promoter Group entities.

Subahoo Chordia has been associated with the Company since June 1, 2017. He is responsible for product innovation, fundraising, strengthening relationships with domestic and global institutional investors, and managing the real assets vertical. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was previously associated with IDBI Bank Limited, Axis Bank Limited, and Edelweiss Financial Services Limited.

Harish Agarwal has been associated with the Company since April 1, 2022. He oversees process optimization, strategic planning, and team collaboration. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Calcutta, a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Mumbai, and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was previously associated with DBS Bank Limited, HSBC Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, and Promoter Group entities.

Sanjeev Rastogi has been associated with the Company since February 1, 2017. He is responsible for overall strategy, portfolio oversight, team development, and client relationships in the real estate credit vertical. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Kakatiya University, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh, and a master’s degree in building engineering and management from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. He was previously associated with IL&FS Investment Managers Limited and Promoter Group entities.
