Rashesh Chandrakant Shah is the Executive Chairman and Whole-Time Director of EAAA India Alternatives Limited. He has been associated with the company since August 2024. He is one of the founders of Edelweiss Financial Services Limited (EFSL) and has been associated with EFSL since 1995. He holds a postgraduate diploma in management from IIM Ahmedabad.

He holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Kakatiya University, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh (Katz Graduate School), and a Master's in Building Engineering and Management from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. He was previously associated with IL&FS Investment Managers Limited.
Deepak Mukhija

Deepak Mukhija is Head of Compliance and Secretarial at EAAA India Alternatives Limited and the SEBI-designated compliance contact across multiple EAAA AIF vehicles. He has over 18 years of experience in corporate secretarial and alternative investment compliance. He joined Edelweiss in September 2018, having previously served as Company Secretary at Nippon Life India AMC and spent 9 years at Kotak Private Equity. He holds a Company Secretary qualification and an LLB from the University of Mumbai.
