Amit Agarwal is the Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since April 1, 2017. He is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of investment and creating exit strategies in several assets under Private Credit business vertical and has also been instrumental in fund raising efforts for funds in our Company. He has completed his bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Lucknow. He is also an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Pricewaterhouse Coopers Private Limited and Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited and certain of our Promoter Group entities.

Navin Sambtani is a co-fund manager for the ISAF III strategy at Edelweiss Alternatives.

Kriti Ghosh is a co-fund manager for the ISAF III strategy at Edelweiss Alternatives.

Roshan Ashok Khamkar is an Fund Manager at Edelweiss AMC with over 6 ½ years of experience in the Asset Management Company (AMC) sector. He has been a key player in various operations including PMS onboarding, settlements, and fund accounting. Along with his core responsibilities, Roshan has also extended his expertise by assisting the investment team with research-related activities, providing valuable insights and support for strategic decisions. Before joining Edelweiss AMC, Roshan accumulated 4 ½ years of experience working with a prominent audit firm. There, he managed audits for a wide range of companies, collaborated with key stakeholders, and contributed to the preparation of audit reports. His earlier experience laid a strong foundation in understanding financial processes and client interactions.

Radhika Gupta is the CEO of Edelweiss Asset Management and leads the firm’s asset management business.

Rashesh Chandrakant Shah is the Executive Chairman and Whole- Time Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 28, 2024. He holds a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is one of the founders of EFSL, one of the Promoters of our Company, and has been associated with EFSL since 1995.

Venkat Ramaswamy leads Edelweiss Alternatives and has extensive experience in private equity, credit, and alternative investments. He is responsible for overall strategy, investment direction, and platform growth.

Deepak Mukhija is the SEBI-designated contact person for the Commercial Rental Yield Trust and Head of Compliance & Secretarial at EAAA India Alternatives. He has over 18 years of experience in corporate secretarial and business compliances, with 14 years specifically in alternative investments. He joined Edelweiss in September 2018. Previously he was Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at Nippon Life India AMC, and spent 9 years at Kotak Private Equity. He holds a Company Secretary qualification and LLB from Mumbai University.

Subahoo Chordia is the Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since June 1, 2017. He is responsible for product innovation, fundraising including deepening relationships with both domestic and global institutional investors and overall growth & management of real assets business vertical of our Company. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with IDBI Bank Limited, and Axis Bank Limited (erstwhile UTI Bank Limited) and Edelweiss Financial Services Limited, one of the Promoters of our Company.

Gautam Hora is the Managing Director of the Rental Yield Plus Fund at EAAA, responsible for execution of the commercial real estate acquisition strategy including the ₹1,500 crore MMTP Projects deal in Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru.

Niranjan Risbood is the SEBI-designated contact person for EC Special Situations Fund and Executive Vice President at EAAA India Alternatives (formerly Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors). He is Head of Product Strategy, Marketing & Sustainability. His prior career includes Director of Fund Research at Morningstar India (2014–2017), where he led qualitative and quantitative fund research, and seven years at Citigroup (Citi Wealth Advisors and Citi Private Bank). He holds a CFA charter, a B.E. from VESIT Mumbai, and an MMS from Narsee Monjee.

Aishwarya Bowalekar is the SEBI-registered contact person for Emerging Credit Alternative Investment Trust (IN/AIF2/23-24/1327).

Harish Agarwal is the President and Chief Operating Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since April 1, 2022. He is responsible for overseeing process optimization, strategic planning, and ensuring team collaboration in our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Calcutta and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in law from University of Mumbai. He was previously associated with DBS Bank Limited, HSBC Limited, and ICICI Bank Limited and our Promoter Group entity.

Sanjeev Rastogi is the head of real estate credit of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since February 1, 2017. He is responsible for development of overall strategy for real estate credit, overseeing its portfolio, team development, and management of client relationships of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree of technology in civil engineering from Kakatiya University, Warangal, and a master’s degree in business administration from Joseph M Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He also holds a master’s degree in building engineering and management from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. He was previously associated with IL&FS Investment Managers Limited and certain of our Promoter group entities.
