Abhishek Sanghvi is the Founder of Ecosystem Ventures. A well-known entrepreneur, investor, and strategic advisor, he spent a decade in management consulting and investment banking, managing multiple USD 100M+ impact projects across 15+ countries while based in New York. He has built ventures from the ground up in education, technology, and finance. He holds an Engineering degree and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.

Rohan Swamy is the SEBI-registered contact person for ESV – Arthya Angel Fund at Ecosystem Ventures Private Limited.

Aditya Jadhav is a CFA charterholder and MBA in Finance with 12+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, and startup fundraising. He has managed funds for SIDBI Venture Capital, supported portfolio companies including SuperZop, True Elements, and M1xchange in raising capital from global investors, facilitated exits to Reliance and Ola, and raised INR 250 crore for early-stage funds. He mentors student-led startups through Campus Fund and serves as a jury member for Maharashtra Startup Week.

Rahul Vaidya has 27+ years of experience in strategic business development and P&L management across IT, Automobile, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, FMCG, and Real Estate. He leads the Startup Growth Hub at ESV, providing mentorship and growth strategy support to portfolio companies.

Ganesh Balakrishnan is a serial entrepreneur and consumer marketer. He co-founded Aurm (safety deposit lockers), Think9 (brand incubator), Flatheads (casual footwear, featured on Shark Tank India Season 2), Momoe (mobile payments), and Windsleeve (retail analytics). He holds a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from IIM Bangalore, with prior leadership roles at Honeywell, Bain & Company, and Ingersoll Rand. TEDx speaker; conducts workshops at NID Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta, and IIM Trichy.
