Dickey Alternative Investment Trust (DAIT) is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (reg. IN/AIF2/20-21/0813), managed by Dickey Asset Management Private Limited (CIN: U74999DL2019PTC358121) — the investment management arm of the DHFIN Group, a New Delhi-based alternative investment and financial services firm. The fund was registered in June 2020 and has launched three schemes: Dickey Vision Fund (launched June 2020, the flagship scheme), Dickey Mudra Fund, and Dickey Opportunities Fund. The fund focuses on special situations, infrastructure, aviation, urban infrastructure, and technology — including investments in data centres and aviation infrastructure development. A fourth fund vehicle (SEBI reg. IN/AIF2/23-24/1472 — Wealth Management Scheme) and a fifth (SEBI reg. IN/AIF2/24-25/1711 — GMR Real Estate Fund) are also managed by the same investment manager. Notably, DAIT (acting jointly with Adani Power Limited) received CCI approval in 2023 to acquire 100% equity of Coastal Energen Private Limited, a 1,200 MW coal-based power plant in Tamil Nadu — demonstrating the fund's engagement in large-scale infrastructure and distressed asset transactions. The manager had 24 employees as of May 2025 and reported revenue of ₹8.78 crore for FY2025.

The investment approach targets futuristic, technically specialised projects and industries that benefit from government policy support — particularly in logistics, IT infrastructure, and energy.
