Chartered Accountant who assumed leadership in 1971 and became Sole Proprietor of Darashaw & Co. A member of the Bombay Stock Exchange, he innovated instruments such as coupon stripping and dividend washing in the Government of India securities market and expanded advisory services to provident, gratuity and superannuation funds.
