Pawan Swamy is a founding partner of Credberg Investment Management and serves as Managing Partner, responsible for the overall direction of the firm. He has over 20 years of experience in Indian real estate serving developers and global financial institutions. He has led more than USD 5 billion in transactions across all asset classes and the full capital structure. He was previously Managing Partner at Brookfield Financial, leading their India operations, and Managing Director at JLL where he established one of India's largest real estate capital markets platforms. He holds an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University and is a member of RICS.

Adil Engineer is a founding partner of Credberg Investment Management and serves as Managing Partner. He has over 28 years of experience in investment management, investment banking, and construction, having advised on over USD 4 billion in transactions. He was previously a Partner at Brookfield Financial (setting up Indian operations) and a Director at F&C REIT Asset Management (investment management across the full investment cycle). He holds a civil engineering degree from Mumbai University and a postgraduate diploma in construction management from NICMAR.

Ridham Kakrania is an integral member of Credberg Investment Management and serves as Principal, based in Mumbai. He is responsible for deal sourcing, relationship management, and managing the full investment lifecycle. He has over 8 years of experience encompassing investment management, asset management, and investment banking, with skills in qualitative underwriting, financial modelling, tax structuring, and asset management.
