Creaegis Transformations Fund Trust is a SEBI-registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund (reg. IN/AIF3/25-26/1778), registered in April 2025 and managed by Creaegis Advisors LLP, the flagship investment management vehicle of Creaegis — a Bengaluru-based private equity firm founded in 2018. Creaegis focuses on growth-stage investments in digital and technology-enabled businesses across consumer, financial services, healthcare, and enterprise applications, with a particular emphasis on companies at the intersection of digital transformation and sectoral disruption. The firm invests at Series B to pre-IPO stages, typically writing cheques of $10–50 million, and provides hands-on operational value-add through digital transformation support, mentorship, and institutional governance. Creaegis's portfolio includes GIVA Jewellery, Zolve, Medikabazaar, Doceree, Kale Logistics Solutions, Third Wave Coffee, Haber, Onsurity, and Amagi Media Labs (IPO anchor investor). The firm has 23 employees including 7 partners and manages over $500 million in targeted commitments across its fund series. Prakash Parthasarathy is the Founder, Managing Partner, and CIO of Creaegis, and the designated SEBI contact person for CIF-II and CIF-III. Prior to founding Creaegis in 2018, he was the Founding Managing Partner & CIO of PremjiInvest (2006–2018), the investment office for Azim Premji (Chairman, Wipro) and his Foundations, where he built and led the investment strategy across all asset classes in India, China, and the US. During his tenure at PremjiInvest he backed Lenskart, Myntra, and Amagi among others. Earlier, he was EVP at iGATE Global Solutions (and predecessor Quintant, acquired by iGATE), and a Principal & Senior Research Analyst at Montgomery Securities and Robertson Stephens (both acquired by Bank of America) in San Francisco, covering technology. He started his career at Peregrine Capital as Senior Research Analyst (India and Asia tech). He holds a PGDM from IIM Bangalore and a B.Tech in Computer Science from BITS Pilani. He currently serves on the boards of FabIndia and Manipal Global Education Ltd.
